AVANTESPACIA is our real estate brand which includes a select portfolio of new-build first and second home residential developments in Spain’s major cities. Outside Spain, we hold assets in countries such as Morocco, Mexico or Brazil.

HOTELS-LEISURE
Attica21 is the hotel chain owned by Inveravante which it operates in Madrid, Catalonia and Galicia.

Attica21 Hoteles’ services and facilities are aimed at meeting the needs of a demanding clientele by offering impeccable service and sensorial experiences. Outside Spain, Inveravante owns hotels, tourist apartments and shopping malls in Morocco.
Terraselecta is the head company of a group that operates in eight of Spain’s Designations of Origin. Under this trademark, we carry out our operations in the wine sector. A trajectory based on the production of first-class wines that reflect a unique culinary heritage.
Terraselecta is made up of a team of professionals that share a passion for the land and their savoir faire, passing on the culture and history of their birthplace. We believe in the importance of our roots, of experiencing authenticity. In this sense, our aim is to create exceptional products with their own unique character and the ability to surprise and delight.
RENEWABLE ENERGIES
Inveravante operates in the (hydraulic and photovoltaic) renewable energy sector through Genera Avante and its subsidiaries in Panama. In alliance with the Panamanian group Eleta, the division has 104 MW, 84 hydraulic and 20 photovoltaic. It also has a further 30 MW in its portfolio.
COMMITMENT
We are fully aware of our responsibility and commitment to society. As a result, in addition to our business activities, we drive social and cultural actions through the María José Jove Foundation, which was created in 2003.
We work intensely in favour of children and social inclusion in four areas of activity: Education and Training, Responsible Free Time and Leisure, Health and Art. Thanks to the María José Jove Foundation Art Collection, we are pioneers in Spain in the field of art and inclusion, using art as a powerful tool for the social integration of persons at risk of exclusion.
