Inveravante is a diversified family business group operating in various areas, in particular Real estate development, Hotels, Leisure, Wineries, and Food.

At Inveravante we are driven by the entrepreneurial spirit with which we were born in Galicia in 2007. The pursuit of excellence in each of our business lines is our essence and our purpose in the generation of value through care in every detail.

This essence that allows us to adapt to our history has a common trait: a close, responsible, sustainable and innovative way of acting, to address new needs without losing our roots.

With the AVANTESPACIA brand we have a select real estate portfolio of first and second residences located in the main cities of Spain. Our developments are a clear example of where our values prevail: experience in management, adaptation and innovation, solvency and sustainability as well as an international real estate implementation. In addition, we have a selection of real estate assets located in different countries around the world, including Morocco, Mexico and Brazil.

Attica21 is the hotel chain owned by INVERAVANTE that operates and manages hotels and aparthotels in Madrid, Catalonia and Galicia. Contemporary, cutting-edge properties offering a wide range of amenities, designed to deliver outstanding service and guest experiences. They are renowned for their excellent value for money and superb food and beverage services.

Terraselecta is the head of a group of companies with presence in the main Spanish certificates of origin, through which we develop our presence in the wine sector, focused on the production of higher quality products.

INVERAVANTE operates in the renewable energies sector (hydropower and photovoltaic solar) through Genera Avante and its subsidiaries in Panama.

In alliance with Panama-based group Eleta, it has 106MW of installed capacity in operation, of which 86MW are hydraulic and 20MW photovoltaic. In addition, it has 30MW photovoltaic to start soon.

In addition to our business activities, we promote social and cultural initiatives through the María José Jove Foundation, which was set up in 2003. We work intensively in favour of children and social inclusion in four key areas of activity: Education and Training, Responsible Free Time and Leisure, Health and Art.
