The office building and private club are now also fully operational.
The entire complex boasts a seafront location and is bounded by a sea promenade which today has become Casablanca’s most exclusive area.
TANGER CITY CENTER
Situated in the heart of Tangier, overlooking the bay and boasting views of the Strait of Gibraltar. Tanger City Center is an outstanding INVERAVANTE project in Tangier, a thriving city in northern Morocco. This project has contributed to positioning the city as an attractive tourist destination, thanks mainly to the alliance between INVERAVANTE and Hilton Worldwide, which operates the complex’s two premium hotels and has brought this classic chain back to Morocco.
The project comprises a medium-luxury residential development currently under commercialisation, two four and five star hotels run by the Hilton hotel chain: the four star Hilton Garden Inn, offering 320 rooms and that has been open since March 2016 and the five-star Hilton Tanger City Center Hotel & Residences, which has 182 rooms and opened in mid 2017.
The project also includes Tanger City Mall, the first shopping centre in Tangier area that has been operating since 2016. Managed by CBRE, it features top name fashion and leisure brands, as well as Tangier’s first cinema complex. There is also an office building.
INVERAVANTE is the owner of Madrid’s Parque Warner, as well as all the urban land that surrounds the park, bringing the total area to just over a million and a half square metres.
